Workplace Assessments

Conflict in the workplace is normal, expected, and healthy. The reason? In order for an organization to thrive and grow, employees must feel free to express differing views. However, when conflict reaches a point where people are unable to work together, or where the conflict is left simmering and unresolved, a workplace assessment may be appropriate, particularly in cases where the conflict is widespread and managers are unclear about the actual source of the conflict.

If a workplace assessment is requested, after consulting with Human Resources or a manager, one of our professionals will devise a workplace survey designed to identify the source of the conflict. In some cases, the professional will also speak directly to the relevant employees, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the issues. From there our professionals will suggest possible solutions, including conflict coaching, facilitation, or mediation.
